This depends on many factors. Your design choice may be a robust unit or a fine, delicate, barely visible unit. You may care for your unit like a supreme expert, or you may be too rough on it. Some clients get 3 months out of a unit, and others make it last well over a year without much deterioration. Our guarantee period is three months."

Can you explain "natural frontal hairline"?
This means that the front hair density is a little less than the rest of the unit. For some hair styles, it will give a more natural look."

Can you explain "base covering hairline"?
The density in the front is equal to the overall unit."

What is "under knot"?
The purpose of under knot is to completely hide the edge of the base. The hair comes out from underneath the base unit and covers the edge."

What is "baby hair"?
This is a very curly, fine, short hair sewn into the front. The purpose is to make the hairpiece look natural."

Does "Style = left crown" still allow for left parting by me?
Yes, you can still make the part."

Is the quality guaranteed?
Yes of course. Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. You have to make the correct choices though. There are several things that can make your first custom hairpiece with a new firm less than perfect. This is the same for one bought in a salon or one bought via mail order. Any problems will be fixed, and if you think you have a unit that has failed to meet your quality expectations, you can have a refund. We never argue about refunds.
There are three stages of quality control system:
A Your order forms will be translated into Chinese after receiving. We will ask you questions or ask for your confirmation, if we can't understand the order forms completely or there is any discrepancy in order form and on the template. To make the exact unit BUYER wants, we will ask you question however smaller the question is. After being translated, the orders forms will be checked to see whether order forms have been translated properly.
B After every stages of making(such as making the base, dying the hair, curling the hair and knotting).There will be an inspection for quality.
C Before shipment, we will inspect the hair replacements completely.The units with any little problem will not be let out of our factory.

Can you keep my template and hair samples so I can reorder quickly?
Yes, we prefer to. If we have your template and color on file at the factory, your next order can begin production within a day or two, saving a lot of time.

Can you copy my existing unit exactly?
We'd be glad and able to do so. Send it in. Save money.
All units sent in for duplication must be free of glue, tape and adhesive residue and must be shampooed clean, and completely dry.

Can I send my unit for repair?
You can send any brand of hairpiece for repair/remake. In general there are two things we cannot do. We do not offer recoloring and permanent wave (curling). Most other repairs can be done for a $75 flat rate plus shipping. However, the factory does not accept all repairs as some requests involve more labor than a new unit, but for a quarter of the price. In these cases we have to decline your repair request.

How to wear and put on your wig?
A. Remove the protective hair net from your wig. Give your wig a good shake to separate the fibers and “wake up"" the preset styling.
B. Brush your hair off your face at the top and sides. If your hair is long, use bobby pins to keep it off your face, back at the sides, and up at the nape.
C. Hold your wig at the sides with the woven label in back. Place it at your natural hairline and slide it on from front to back. Adjust the wig as needed so the front edge is just over your natural hairline.
D. Tuck in any stray hairs at the front, sides and nape.

How to care for your wig?
A. Synthetic Hair
Washing
Gently brush out wig to remove any teasing or tangles and turn inside out.
• Soak it in lukewarm water using a wig shampoo for 3 to 5 minutes.
• Swish it gently, and do not rub.
• After, a thorough rinsing in cold water, turn the inside back in.
Drying
• Hang up or place wig on a wig stand and allow it to dry at room temperature.
• Do not comb or brush when wig is wet.
• When completely dry, simply brush or pick comb into desired style.
B. Human Hair
Washing/Conditioning
• Soak in a mixture of mild shampoo and conditioner; use warm water only.
• Work the shampoo/conditioner through the hair from top to bottom.
• Rinse with warm water.
• Gently blot hair with a towel.
Drying
• Allow wig to dry naturally."
