Do you want to order a new hairpiece? Very easy, only three steps are needed:
Step 1：Make a template.
Step 2：Choose a base design.
Step 3：Download and fill the order form then send it to us together with your hair samples
and template.
You should receive the new hair system about 3 to 4 weeks after our receiving of your order.
If you are wearing a toupee, we will be glad to copy your existing unit. This is very
convenient for you. It will takes you about 3 weeks to get your new hair system together
with your old one after our receiving of your order.
Ordering guide
1，How to make template
Follow the procedure below for making a head template:
①、Cover your scalp with plastic wrap
(Saran Wrap or any similar plastic wrap).
②、Apply 3 layers of tape over the plastic
wrap to keep the form in place.
③、Draw a line on the plastic wrap that
goes around your hairline.
④、 Indicate your hair pattern & part.
Apply another layer of tape.With scissors,
trim off the excess wrap along your hairline. |
2，Choose your base design
We have several kinds of base designs for you to choose. And we also can fullfill your special requirements or duplicate your own base design.
3，Choose your base material
The following are some base materials that we often use, we can also use your own base materials.
4，Choose your base color
We can color the base materials according to your reauirments, such as flesh, black, brown and dark pink.The PU also can be beige, light flesh,clear and unclear.
5，the departure of head
Cut and label your sample head as follows:

6，Choose your hair color
How to match your hair color: Cut a small sample swatch of your natural hair about 1" long (3 cm).
If you need to match specific areas of your hair, please label your hair color
clearly. Or you can use the chart below for your hair samples.
Here you can see how black looks like when you add gray 5-95%,. You can choose your gray hair % according to your requirments.
Our factory can process different kinds of hair, including color the hair into whatever you want.
7，Choose your hair style
A、Human hair: same feeling and light retention as your own. It's possible to dye it and match your own hair. The hair is alive: gets different nuances in different lights. It has natural power!
B、Processed Indian hair：Very soft, without cuticles. Medium or fine texture. It is more shiny and a little bit thinner than Remy hair. Can also be called "European textured human hair."
C、Remy Indian hair：With cuticles. Slightly processed. Thick, medium or fine texture. Can also be called "European textured human hair."
D、Processed Chinese hair：Without cuticles. Quite thick, soft and straight. If you want quite thick and straight hair go for this. Usually used for the Asian people
E、Remy Chinese hair：With cuticles. Slightly processed. This is the thickest hair. And most straight hair. If you want thick and straight hair go for this. Usually used for the Asian people.
F、Synthetic hair：The only real advantage is its color hold.
8，Choose your hair density
Hair density is usually difficult to tell just from pictures. It mainly depends on your hair length, how curly it is, how dark it is, the lighting, etc. The pictures below are of our factory density book (no bleached knots here!) which contains industry standard densities of 50%, 80%, 100%, 130%, 150% and 180%.
50% or “extra-light”
Men from the age of 30 to 40 usually have the density around 50%. This density is good for more mature men. Lace base, the knots can be bleached. |

80% or “light”
With this density the scalp is visible but still makes a young healthy head of hair. |

100% or “light to medium”
This density should be used for men under the age of thirty. |

130% or "medium"
This density comes from women’s wig industry. It’s okay
for a man in his teens or twenties. |

150% or "medium-heavy"
This density is a little too heavy for men. Not natural. |
 |
180% or "heavy"
This density really goes beyond natural range. Usually men would not choose this density. |
